Headmaster, Associate Pastor, Teacher
Father Jerome Leckband serves as Headmaster and Teacher at All Saints School. Fr. Leckband is the primary teacher for the Lower School. He also teaches Catechism, Composition, Music, and Natural Philosophy in the Upper School.

Father Lehman serves as the primary teacher for the Upper School. He also teaches Math, Catechism, Latin, and History in the Lower School.

Associate Pastor, Teacher
Father Suelzle serves as the Theology and Bible Teacher for the Upper School. He also helps conduct morning Matins and Divine Services.

Mrs. Mary Suelzle
Humanities/Poetry/Language Arts Teacher
Mary Suelzle was born and raised in Austin, Texas. She attended Concordia University–Nebraska, where she earned a B.A. in Theology, sang in the A Capella choir, and met her husband, Dan, whom she married in 2007. She then studied to be a deaconess at Concordia Seminary–St. Louis, earning an M.A. in Theology. After seminary, the Suelzles moved to Eugene, Oregon, and then Grand Forks, North Dakota. Mary is the mother of four children—Norah, Ephraim, Miriam, and Adelaide—and classically homeschooled them while living up north.
Mary enjoys reading, being outside—in the garden, watching birds, or walking the family dog Hans—playing piano and singing, and being with her family.
Mrs. Kristi Leckband
Organist, Choir Director, Music Teacher
Kristi Leckband is the organist, organ and piano teacher, and choir teacher/director at All Saints.

Ms. Pamela Gail McDonald
Art Instructor
Gail McDonald is the art instructor at All Saints. Her work focuses especially on the artists and sculptors of the Renaissance.
Ms. Gail holds a Master’s Degree in Biology and has spent years studying and making art. She also brings much experience, including: thirty-three years teaching junior and senior high school sciences (earth, biology, human anatomy and physiology), four years at Arkansas State University with the Ronald McNair program (assisting minority students to research in the S.T.E.M. fields), five years with Arkansas Northeastern College as Adjunct Professor of Human Anatomy and Physiology. Ms. Gail is also a mother and grandmother and has spent the last thirteen years as the caregiver of four boys. She is now excited to be back in the classroom and to be passing down to All Saints scholars a love and appreciation for our great heritage of art.
The Rev. Fr. Joshua P. Leigeber
Parish Priest, Head Pastor, Literature/Humanities Teacher
Father Josh Leigeber is the head pastor at All Saints. He helps conduct the daily chapel services and teaches the upper Literature/Humanities classes.
