
Fr. Leigeber is the husband of Tiffany, father of Elijah, Grace, Ruby, Joy, and Katarina, and the head pastor and spiritual father of All Saints parish.
The Rev. Fr. Joshua P. Leigeber
Parish Priest, Head Pastor
Father Josh Leigeber grew up in Waldenburg, Arkansas and is a son of Zion Lutheran Church there, where his dad was pastor from 1987-2003. After attending college in Nebraska (Concordia University, BA, History, 2007) and seminary in Saint Louis (Concordia Seminary, M.Div. 2011), he returned south to be the pastor of two congregations in Louisiana (Atonement in Metairie, 2011-2014; and Trinity in Leesville/Fort Polk, 2014-2020).
In mid-2020, Father Leigeber accepted the call to return to Arkansas and become All Saints’ head pastor and father in Christ.
Father Leigeber loves spending time with family, gardening, woodworking, and just being outside. He has also been known to enjoy a good cigar or pipe and a glass of scotch.

Fr. Suelzle is the husband of Mary, father of Norah, Ephraim, Miriam, and Adelaide, and associate pastor and teacher at All Saints.
The Rev. Fr. Daniel P. Suelzle
Associate Pastor, Teacher
Father Dan Suelzle grew up in Hazen, North Dakota, where his father served as pastor. He began his university studies at the University of North Dakota as a vocal performance major, before transferring to and graduating from Concordia University, Nebraska (B.A. psychology, 2006). He attended Concordia Seminary, St. Louis, from 2007-2011 (M. Div., 2011), with his first call being to Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Eugene, Oregon. In 2017 he accepted a call to serve in campus ministry at Wittenberg Lutheran Chapel in Grand Forks, North Dakota, serving the University of North Dakota. He has served as Associate Pastor and Teacher at All Saints since August of 2025.
Fr. Suelzle enjoys reading, woodworking, camping/hiking, and appreciates a good glass of scotch and a pipe.

Fr. Leckband is the husband of Kristi, father of Joanna, Maria, and Josiah, and associate pastor, headmaster and teacher at All Saints.
The Rev. Fr. Jerome P. Leckband
Headmaster of School, Associate Pastor, Teacher
Father Jerome Leckband hails from southern Minnesota. After graduating from Concordia College, St. Paul, Minnesota, he taught at Lutheran and public schools in Minnesota for nine years.
Father Leckband began seminary in 1996 at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana. After seminary, Father Leckband was ordained and called to Trinity Lutheran Church in the small town of Foster, Nebraska. He served Trinity as pastor from 2000-2019 and both Trinity and Golgotha Lutheran (Wausa, Nebraska) as a two congregation parish from 2019-2023. He was installed as associate pastor and teacher at All Saints on July 2, 2023 and assumed the position of Headmaster during the summer of 2024.
Father Leckband and his wife Kristi enjoyed previously home-schooling their children using the classical model, and are now excited to be part of All Saints parish. Father Leckband enjoys a number of outdoor activities with his family, including camping, hiking, and gardening. He and his family enjoy playing music and hearing others make music.

Fr. Lehman is the husband of Kathryn, father of Alex, Grace, Madelyn, and Michaela, and associate pastor and teacher at All Saints.
The Rev. Fr. Andrew S. Lehman
Associate Pastor, Teacher
Father Andrew Lehman grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana where he was a member of Saint Michael Lutheran Church. He also attended Concordia Lutheran High School in Fort Wayne, where he met his high school sweetheart, Kathryn, who would later become his wife.
After attending Valparaiso University (BSBA 2009) and graduating from Concordia Theological Seminary (M.Div. 2014), Fr. Lehman served as Assistant Pastor at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Fairhope, Alabama (2014-2021). In April 2021, he accepted the call to be Associate Pastor and Teacher/Headmaster at All Saints. He is also currently in the Ph.D. program at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne.
Father Lehman’s interests are in education, history, and languages. He has recently taken up bookbinding as a hobby. As a family, the Lehmans enjoy learning new things, hiking, and finding new adventures. Father Lehman also enjoys the occasional craft brew or a good scotch.

Mrs. Leckband is the wife of Fr. Jerome Leckband, mother of Joanna, Maria, and Josiah, and organist, choir, and music teacher at All Saints.
Mrs. Kristi Leckband
Organist, Choir Director, Music Teacher
Kristi Leckband grew up in northeast Nebraska and graduated from Concordia College in Seward, Nebraska, with a B.S. in elementary education, focusing on music. She taught in several Lutheran schools for seven years and provided music for church and school during that time. She and her husband Father Jerome Leckband have homeschooled their three children, using the classical model.
Kristi has been facilitating the music at All Saints Lutheran Church and School since July 2023. She loves to encourage everyone to make music to the Lord. This includes playing the organ, teaching piano, and conducting the choirs and instrumentalists.
Kristi enjoys reading, cooking, playing games, along with gardening and outdoor games.
